By default, Augment sees everything that appears on your screen. This allows Augment to learn and function as a helpful assistant by understanding your workflow, similar to how a human assistant would need access to all your files.

We automatically block several categories by default, including NSFW content, incognito browser windows, passwords, etc. You can take even more control over what Augment can “see” by:
